​Mother's Day is this weekend, on Sunday, May 12. At Eagan Massage Center, we take care of moms in all stages of motherhood: during pregnancy, post-partum, that stressful first year, the toddler adventures, the ups and downs of school years and other activities, and the maturity of seeing them navigate adult life. Our skilled team includes massage therapists that have specialized training for those who are expecting and/or have special medical needs. Some of our therapists are moms, too. 

Co-owner Kelly Thompson discovered the benefits of massage therapy when she was a young mother with two small children. "It was very stressful, and I had a hard time sleeping well. My husband traveled a lot for work, so most of the week I was like a single mother. When he was home, every week I would get a massage. That one hour really helped me relax. I would sleep so much better, and it was easier to be a better mother." 

​Inspired by her experience, Kelly became a massage therapist and introduced the rest of her family to massage therapy.
