They will tailor each session to your needs at the moment, with consideration for the type of training and events you participate in, and how long it will be before your next event. 

If you have a child that needs help, we have several massage therapists that work with adolescents. Though most of the children we've helped have been age 11 and up, we have worked with younger kids.

Are you following the 2024 Olympics? This year, there are 30 athletes with Minnesota connections competing in many different events, including Suniya Lee of St. Paul, who was the womens' all-around gymnastics champion at the Tokyo Olympics in 2020. Swimmer Regan Smith of Lakeville and distance runner Dakotah Lindwurm of St. Francis are some of the other athletes on the list. 

It's inspiring to see people coming together to compete respectfully and remain on good terms regardless of the outcomes.

Starting this Thursday, co-owner and therapist Jason will be working with the elite runners and wheelchair athletes before and after their participation in Grandma's Marathon and the Garry Bjorklund Half Marathon. He has done this every year since 2010, with the exception of 2020. Since summer of 2020, Eagan Massage Center has maintained high safety standards so that everyone can feel safe and comfortable during their massages. Our safety measures include

• mandatory masks for everyone (free masks provided for anyone who wants one),
• hand sanitizer,
• safety shields,
• face shields/eye goggles and
• smocks for our therapists,
• air purifiers with specialized filters throughout the facility,
• social distancing with limited numbers of people permitted in the lobby at any time,
• screening procedures, etc..

Many people have thanked us for maintaining strict safety measures, and we are prepared to keep them in place until further notice. 

To help you stay safe when not at Eagan Massage Center, we are offering face masks for sale. We have 10 packs of both adult and child size surgical masks, and boxes of 30 excellent KN95 masks (individually packaged as shown above). While quantities last, the KN95 masks are just $30 per box of 30 (more than 50% off regular price). They are better than surgical masks and far better than any fabric masks. Purchases must be made in store or over the phone (651-452-0246). 

DO A GOOD DEED! - We are collecting donations of new socks, gloves, mittens, hats, scarves, underwear, and feminine products. Donations will be given to a local homeless shelter. Help us help others! Bring your donations and place them in the hamper by the coat rack and face masks inside our front door. Look for the "Socks of Love" sign, place the items inside, and we'll take care of the rest.
